Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
As an apprentice, there is a lot of time spent shadowing a number of different people within the business to understand the different job roles and responsibilities. As I have gained more experience within the business, I have been involved with a number of different business improvement projects as well as being given more responsibility to carry out my own project work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Throughout final year as a technician apprentice I have spent time with a number of different people in different departments and I have enjoyed every one so far.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
We have a weekly scheduled meeting with our manager to discuss any issues or queries that we may have.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
We also have a scheduled weekly meeting to discuss any issues we may have and get support on them.
BMW offers me any type of support that I may need to complete my work to a high standard and learn as much as possible during my time on the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
If we have any issue with anything whether that be at college, work or at home, the company will provide any support we need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

During the interview process, it is important to be confident and present yourself well, demonstrating your knowledge in a clear and concise way.
When applying for this apprenticeship it is important to understand that it will take a lot of hard work and dedication to complete the full 4 years.
