I develop inspirational, engaging, interactive blended learning courses and resources for all our learning programmes that our learners access via our online learning platform to enhance their learning journey and assist them to achieve their qualifications.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme and like the flexibility of it. I can access the learning programmes online as part of my structured delivery with my Tutor and I can also use it independently at a time that suits me around my daily commitments

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Absolutely. I have already completed a leadership and management apprenticeship and am now working towards achieving a project management qualification. I have experience of managing projects and this qualification will enhance my skill set and get me the recognised certification.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured delivery model and I always know exactly where I am in terms of progress. My Tutor is always accessible and flexible around planned meetings.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support is second to none and the learner is really at the heart of everything LSP do. The management team actively encourage self development and regularly support my learning as well as my emotional wellbeing, which has been important throughout the pandemic.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My Tutor is fantastic and always accessible through Teams, emails and phone calls and their support is high level throughout the programme

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The APM qualification will enable me to further develop my existing knowledge and work related skills in managing multiple projects at once as I will be able to improve my time management skills and be more productive.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are loads, from exercise clubs, quizzes, team days and fundraising events (pre covid) such as the 3 peaks challenge.
