Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Planning labor, training and inductions; making sure we have enough training warehouse operatives to fulfill the daily business needs. Collation of data and reporting of all DC KPI's
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
Ok but feel it's to generalized, not all of it is relevant to my role, have previously took part in courses like this so feel I'm going over old stuff.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Really developed Microsoft office skills to make my role more efficient. Previously a Shift Manager so improved communication skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
COVID has made it more remote which is a new way of learning, most of the learning is by self with very little interaction from a tutor.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
Find it hard to find the time in work, my role is very full on and don't always achieve all I need within my 40 hours so the course work is almost exclusively completed in my own time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
help there if i ask for it from my tutor
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Not sure of it's relevance yet, I don't have any staff to manage so all the core learning I've done so far is about dealing with colleagues.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
no
