I am managing the Fulfilment Team with 19 people. My day to day role is to ensure that all orders are processed and my department meets the SLA.

I haven't received any until I got a new line manager, however it was nearly at the end of the program.

My tutor supported me when I needed it, she was always flexible but made sure I am not falling behind.

No we don't have any of them. Usually we had a summer party and a Christmas party, but due to the pandemic they all have been cancelled.
