It’s very organised and the Inspire Team at BA are extremely organised and get back to you very quickly and help to the best of their abilities.

We get to volunteer at school career fairs which include secondary schools, sixth forms and colleges. There are events at BA waterside that you can help them run

It’s an amazing opportunity to widen your knowledge and meet new people and become a much more confident person. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with a big brand and see the behind the scenes at BA
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
Be yourself as the team love to see that and don’t be afraid to ask any questions. Take on new opportunities even if they’re out of your comfort zone as they inspire team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable
