Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work on a rotational scheme where we get the opportunity to experience different parts of the business. Currently I work in sales as a projects manager - I look after projects and help drive new forms of revenue for the business area.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's great. I have learnt so much and everyone at BA is focussed on helping the graduates achieve their goals. They allow us to be exposed to various aspects of the business and real life situations.

I have learnt various other skills that are included in general business life. The scheme helps you understand a wide range of info about the company and the aviation industry too which is great.

Plenty of support from both Graduate manager and my line managers.
They are always there to make sure the experience is geared towards your objectives.
