Assessing suppliers for client banking organisations through an assessment process. Involves lots of communication and reviewing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is quite enjoyable albeit time consuming. I enjoy the flexibility aspect particularly. The university learning directly correlates with EY in itself and gets you thinking more proactively.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have definitely been able to consolidate my soft skills, business skills and communication skills in this role. I’ve picked up lots of new skills also because of the experience around my team.
