Performing a range of tasks from planning work (e.g. walkthroughs) to substantive testing of areas such as cash & bank.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far I am enjoying taking part in the programme.

Greatly improved my IT skills, especially in using Microsoft Excel.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

On a high level the programme is well organised. However on a regional basis the apprentices do seem to get forgotten about / mixed up with graduates who have a different experience.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support from my employer over exams is where apprentices at the same stage of me struggle most.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Kaplan is a very good tuition provider and helped me pass my first exam.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Having only studied for one exam so far, I have still noticed how some of this has gave me a better understanding of my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this has not been possible in person, however online social events have been taking place.
Recommendations & Advice
Would you recommend EY to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Yes I would, however with the caveat that it is a lot more work than is made out to be at recruitment events.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
Take exams and work seriously, don't fall behind on revision.
