Working on specific client projects within teams. If not on a client project, we use the spare time to upskill ourselves and develop our learning and understanding.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Sometimes balancing work and University assignments can be challenging but it is worth the extra time.

Regular communication, great support system with each worker being assigned a counsellor.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Very supportive, upon joining I had a buddy in the year above me who helped to guide me through the systems and build confidence. I have a counsellor who I regularly speak to which is great.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Some assignment briefs are very limited so it comes down to students having to reach out to the tutors for further clarification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Lots of networks, to name a few: EY foundation, EY womens network. There is also activities such as the EY netball team.
