- Communication - speaking to various people and needing to get thoughts across in a clear way
- Research - trying to find helpful and relevant info that help with work
- Team work - working with others to ensure the project is completed and work is shared among the members
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
- Manager - we have a specific manager for guidance and support that we can speak to whenever needed
- Buddy - upon joining there is someone in the year above who checks in and is there to ask any questions
- Apprenticeship coach - someone from the team is designated but the whole team is available for support
- Online resources - many resouces for help if needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
