I am an auditor senior at EY. I prepare and review working papers on a day to day basis.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is enjoyable and I have made many friends along the way. To improve the programme I would say to add more study leave in blocks rather than to go back to work between exams.

I think the programme is well structured. We have something called a retain which shows our timetable for the year.

We have a peer group which we can reach out to as well as a counsellor which is very helpful.

Why?
The company is great to work for and they are very flexible with good career growth opportunities.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
To be yourself during the application and to properly research the role first as many people aren't aware what audit is before they start.
