Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I get given tasks to complete either daily or weekly. This can range from working on a whole account myself or doing multiple smaller jobs given to me by senior. Sometimes I attend stock counts where I go and count a clients stock to verify it is accurate.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The work can be both simple and challenging at different times. The teams are pleasant and everyone seems to be keen to help out the first and second years to make us feel comfortable. I enjoy my work but sometimes we can have a lot on our plate at one time so we have to manage things wisely.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I had completed one exam so far which I passed and was accounting. Have learnt how to conduct myself in a professional environment and various new skills relating to audit specifically.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have a coach and counselor to help us along the way. We also have support groups. However, sometimes we can be left with little work when there is not enough for a first year to do.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I don't think they could provide any further support than what they are currently.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We receive support and guidance from our training provider to help us pass our exams. Any issues get solved quickly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel as though it helps us develop our skills at a similar rate as we are picking things up in our roles. This means we are able to put into practice what we have learnt.

Why?
The teams are so welcoming and I feel as though learning on the job is more suited for accounting roles.
