My role is to manage my store on a day to day basis. Managing staff, stock ordering, supporting customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have learnt how to manage my colleagues in a better way and understanding the reasons why they work how they work. Poundland is a fantastic place to work.

Very structed. The indepth information we have at Poundland is brilliant and makes you understand what you are going to do before you apply for the programe.

We are updated monthly on programme internally and our apprenticeship manager is always on hand should we need ay support throughout the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
