Managing the day to day running of the store, accepting deliveries, completing legal compliance procedures, dealing with customers, serving the local community as best we can.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the content of the programme, it has given me an in depth look at certain areas, where I would have only have limited knowledge.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Always learning new skills and developing existing, the Co-op likes to be very pro-active in developing new and improved procedures.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, the modules are easy to navigate, and once you are familiar with the 'Onefile' format, it is really easy to work around. The structure is great, at a reasonable pace
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive 100% support from my employer, which makes the studying a lot easier.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive 100% support from my training team, the conferences have been very detailed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With a clearer and better understanding of each area we are studying, I am gaining valuable knowledge that I am able to use in my day to day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I try to get involved with the community, but due to the current Covid 19, I have taken a back seat in any extra-curricular activities
