Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
By being given the responsibility to lead on projects I was also responsible for the decision making, however, I still felt well supported and encouraged throughout the learning process.
I felt that being given responsibility is what helped me develop and grow.

Collaboration- From working alongside subject matter experts in a cross-functional, agile team I have developed a deeper understanding of the value of collaboration.
Communication- Working remotely for almost 10-months, clear and effective communication has been vital in producing high quality outputs.
