As hostess, My main role is to serve meals for the residents, setting up the dinning and make sure is all up to the highest standard.
Giving the best service for our lovely residents and give them all more their expectations is our aim.

I have learnt so much, since I started my apprenticeship. All the most important matters involving hospitality and to my daily routines. With the help of my so supportive tutor, I am able to build my confidence again epecilly learning techniques and hospitality legislations and so much more

Since I started with my apprenticeship, there were a lot of things I discovered and learnt at the same time. With the lessons given, I know some are quite challenging but, the support given by me from my tutor and the provider are very good.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

From time to time we do different teams like world best foods and cultures. We also do monthly dinning meetings.
