Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am essentially the deputy manager of a small store. I lead and coach the team as well as perform many store activities. I muck in and complete tasks such as stock replenishing as well as management tasks such as planning rotas and completing daily requirements with cash and stock management.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is early days and it is a bit overwhelming but it seems enjoyable.

Working towards common goals and with a great, diverse team is a normal day at the coop and I would recommend that.
