The first two years are distributed over three rotations each - mechanics, electronics and software, to allow the apprentices to get to know different engineering fields before they specialise in Year 3.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Each apprentice is assigned a line manager and a mentor with whom they have weekly meetings to monitor progress and identify and resolve any issues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
