Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Work nature is mostly legal research, documents review and drafting - all tasks are relevant to ongoing matters and value-adding work. Lunchtime training and presentations on legal updates are also often.
Very friendly workplace - partners, associates and trainees are all really approachable, willing to provide much guidance and constructive feedback on your work. Social events are also often where interns can chat with fee-earners and know more about the firm and the sector in general.

In-depth introductions about the firm's practice and focus are provided to all interns, which gives a good overview and insights on both the business' development. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
A truly diverse and inclusive firm - in these 4 weeks I have met and chatted with colleagues from different educational and cultural backgrounds, within and across offices. All people are more than willing to offer support and guidance and to give constructive feedback from time to time on your performance such that you can constantly improve even during the scheme. The firm also organises events on diversity initiatives e.g. LGBTQ+, empowering female etc.
