Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Supporting the restaurant manager with running the business. Overall taking care of the restaurant and team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
It is very interesting because you get new challenges on a daily basis which gives you all the experience you need.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
My leadership skills as well as people skills have improved massively.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It is okay. It could be much better, it's a bit tough to get in contact due to not knowing who to contact.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Great support received from my bosses and guidance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I kind of have to find my own way with pink fuse and get my tasks done . It's a bit difficult to complete a few tasks without support of my trainer which I don't have one currently. Overall all the trainers are great, really supportive. It's just the process of getting a trainer is a bit difficult.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It helps me understand a lot of technical aspects of my role on duty. Helps me overcome some daily challenges that may rise.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
No. We don't usually have extra curricular activities. We host dinner parties for the team every quarter which helps us socialise a bit more other than at work.
