Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

dealing with customer contact and their accounts this includes emails and secure messages alongside dealing with telephone calls. We are unable to give financial advise however we do conducts income and expenditure forms to understand customer financial situation and their finances as we a whole. we also have a duty of care to ensure that we signpost any of the customers we deal with if they need any. We also identify any vulnerabilities which may effect them dealing with us in the future or managing their finances in any kind of way.
