My role includes answering the telephone, sending work emails, till usage and stock maintenance. Interacting with patients and ensuring details are up to date. Completing orders and general cleaning
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme very much, I am learning new skills all the time, and enjoying every experience.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed pre existing customer skills, however this is now on a face to face basis, I have learnt how to use nhs systems for patients. And also learnt new skills on porting information to the correct system

My programme is very well structured, I always have a constant flow of work and if I ever have any issues my tutor is always on hand to help
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supports me a great lot through my apprenticeship ensuring that wherever they can help me fulfill my full potential and keep me updated with guidelines so that my work is my best

My tutor is always there to help me, wether it be something small or something new that I have never done before.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me with my day to day job, as it shows me how to use all the processes we use to the best of my ability ensuring that everything I do is correct
