Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As an intern, I reached out to 100 creators to sign and had calls with those that were interested in joining stride. I then went through the onboarding steps to joining and communicated with them through WhatsApp.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given lots of responsibility as I had to find creators to sign and then have calls with them which was a very exciting experience. I was guided along the way through every step which was really useful!

I have developed my communication skills extensively through having meeting calls with creators. I’ve also learnt researching brand outreach and finding potential brands to work with.

I received lots of guidance along the way - communication was very good with the company as any question I had they answered and helped me where I needed it. I felt very supported throughout the whole experience.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was a remote experience however there were 2 calls a week with the team so it was very nice to virtually meet everyone

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I really enjoyed this internship as digital marketing is a career path I’m very interested in going into in the future so it has provided me with lots of transferable skills. It was very exciting to be a part of an influencer marketing company!
