Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There were various speakers talking into EY’s purpose, values and culture. They also gave us tips on how to integrate into a professional environment and how to feel confident in doing so. We had a mock assessment centre on the second day.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
They told us about all the sub service lines under the assurance service line which is what I applied for. I am also aware of the other service lines. Overall, I got a comprehensive overview of what paths I can access.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very people-oriented and supportive. They heavily emphasise on diversity and inclusion. There are many communities available in the company which were convered in this programme.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed it quite a lot because everything was presented to us in a very engaging manner and the timing of all the sessions were well-paced. Nothing felt dragged out. Various avenues were touched up upon.
