Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day One of this two day programme saw a webinar discussing the work of EY and the structure and culture of the business with a a range of speakers from across the organisation.
Day Two saw me travelling to London to visit the office at More London Place and developing skills that will benefit my future career. This was also an amazing inisght into offce light and provided an opportunity to network with employees.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There is so much more to EY than what it seems on the surface. Learning about their summer internship and graduate roles was insightful and learning about opportunities for ongoing learning excited me.

This programme has developed my communication and leadership skills thorugh the mock assessment centre activity. Furthermore, the sesions on the assessment and interview process have increased my confidence in those areas.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The atmosphere over the two days was one of inclusivity and support. It genuinely seemed all of the EY staff were so genuine in wanting to support us all throughout the programme.
