Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
It was a 4 day scheme which involved a variety of work and activities, including trainee shadowing, independent work, pitch presenting, networking and mock negotiations. It was a perfect combination of real insight into the firm, meeting employees and being able to work on real work.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It has definitely consolidated my desire to work for the firm, with a strong emphasis on collaboration from the top down.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have definitely developed key skills in independence, thinking on my feet and communication, having worked with and spoken to a variety of people over the course of the scheme. I have also learnt skills in analysis and negotiations through the mock negotiations and work given to me by my trainee supervisor.
