Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight was two days long (one virtual and one in-person).
I received many talks from current EY employees with subsequent Q&A sessions.
There were opportunities to network with current employees and with fellow students.
I received advice on interviews and assessment centres, with a mock assessment centre towards the end of the event.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very enjoyable and informative. I was very interested to hear about the wide range of sectors EY operates in and I was also very excited to learn about the many employee development opportunities on offer.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The atmosphere and culture was very welcoming. All the employees were very nice and pleasant to speak with. I also felt completely comfortable to ask the employees any questions about EY due to how nice they were.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I deeply enjoyed the insight. The Q&A sessions were extremely informative and the networking sessions were very enjoyable as everyone there was so welcoming. The sessions providing tips for assessment centres and interviews were also very useful and provided me with valuable skills.
