Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
First day was virtual- An introduction to the company, a talk with one of the senior managers and then we went into breakout room for our business lines
Second day was in person: Introduction, we met EY staff, graduate panel and a great mock assessment centre which was not assessed

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was great to understand all the sub divisions within the company and all the potential roles available. I got an insight into each role especially on the first day and I know what role aligns with my skills more

Yes I learnt communication when speaking in the group work and also my adaptability skills. Collaboration and being able to work with people is also important. :)

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company atmosphere was great. Everyone was really friendly and lovely and down to talk to us and answer our questions!
