Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day 1 was virtual where we had a talk about ey, a talk about your programme (mine was women in leadership) then a talk about your division (mine was Strategy and transactions) then a talk about your personal brand!
Day 2 was in person. We had an few talks from current employees, then gained a deep understanding into the assessment to hopefully continue onto the summer internship for next year, as well as a practise assessment

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very insightful into people’s career paths from university and what they’re current days are like- with the roles they accomplish
