Following with 1 day in person at the applicants respective office, where you meet EY employees, including an EY partner.You are also given the opportunity to ask questions at each stage.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very comforting, learning about the career progressions at the firm, and how the broadness of your work changes as you stay longer since you start to specialise
