Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight day was very helpful, giving a breakdown of what’s involved in assurance and women’s role within the company
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The role introduction was very helpful however due to the fact I was looking for a graduate role and had completed an internship prior I already had a lot of the knowledge explained therefore a different group with year 3-4 uni students would’ve lent to more year based knowledge

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed most of the insight just the part in relation to the assessment for internships wasn’t applicable to me and some of the questions asked in relation to internships which I’ve previously completed with EY

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY
I would recommend not going to the experience day if you have already completed an internship in audit as a lot of the insights have already been gained through this, I would also explain the different recruitment procedures throughout each of the countries ey is situated, explaining that the uk system takes much longer
