Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The first day was a virtual session where we listened to panelists speak about their experiences at EY, the company culture, and their roles. We also had the opportunity to ask them questions in breakout rooms.
The second day was in-person at a selected office. We listened to more panelists, asked them questions, and networked with others. We also participated in a group exercise to prepare us for the assessment centre.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was incredibly insightful and made me feel empowered and inspired about the opportunities and initiatives offered by EY.

I gained valuable insights into networking, personal branding, and how to excel in their assessment centre. I made sure that our activities aligned with their core values. Additionally, I developed my communication, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and accountability skills.
