Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The first day consisted of joining an online zoom webinar which had different speakers throughout the day, sharing their advice and experiences. There were many opportunities to ask questions and you joined breakout rooms dependant on the sub section you had applied for. The second day was in person at the office in Birmingham. A partner of the company came and spoke to us and gave the opportunity to ask her questions. At lunch we could speak to grad recruits and in the afternoon there was a mock assessment test to help prepare for upcoming experience days.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very insightful. Got to hear firsthand experience from a range of different roles and people who have joined the company through following their own unique paths.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very friendly and inclusive. Everyone mentioned how welcoming and supporting the company culture is when you work there, making collaboration a lot easier.
