Spring week Review

It was a two-day program running from 9 AM to 5 PM. We were divided into teams and worked collaboratively on a case study. Throughout the program, we also had the opportunity to listen to talks from Deloitte specialists, gaining valuable insights into the company’s culture and structure. These sessions helped us develop key skills that were instrumental in preparing and delivering our final team presentation.

It was incredibly useful to learn about the various roles available within the Strategy, Risk, and Analysis sector, as well as the new divisions and opportunities available in different regions. Hearing directly from professionals inspired me to explore these roles further and motivated me to start thinking more about my future career development

I enjoyed working with my team and definitely improved my teamwork and public speaking skills, particularly through our final presentation. I also gained valuable insights during the skills sessions, where I learned new analytical techniques commonly used in business settings

Despite Deloitte being part of the Big Four, the sessions on company culture and diversity highlighted how welcoming and inclusive the environment is. It was clear, both from the presentations and by simply observing the employees, that people genuinely enjoy working there and feel comfortable in their roles. The overall atmosphere felt supportive and collaborative rather than competitive, which left a very positive impression on me
