Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The Morgan Stanley Technology Spring Insight Programme offered an insightful week of lectures from tech leaders within specific divisions and interactive sessions applying that knowledge within a team.
Networking was a main focal point with advice talks and opportunities to connect with recent graduates and industry leaders.
Throughout the week, ample Q&A time was provided. Overall the programme significantly improved networking, social, and public speaking skills, providing a valuable overview of technology careers at Morgan Stanley
It did an amazing job at deepening my knowledge of the financial industry as someone new to the field!

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The week brimmed with useful content, offering valuable insights not only into current technology roles at Morgan Stanley but also a glimpse into future possibilities and evolving career paths within the division. It really helped me when thinking about the roles I'd like to explore myself!

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture was surprisingly positive. The atmosphere felt genuinely encouraging and professional. Everyone, from recent graduates to managing directors, was incredibly approachable and patient, readily answering numerous questions with enthusiasm. Their evident passion for both their roles and Morgan Stanley itself was truly contagious.
