Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Networking with other like minded individuals within a group scenario whilst working towards completing a common goal, which was providing a solution to a companies current complications and situation. Receiving feedback from Deloitte employees and managers whilst gaining an insight in other informative sessions.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

Very insightful learning about areas of business that I perhaps am not as confident in such as audit and tax, gained a better understanding

Learnt how to communicate more efficiently in a group setting and work more efficiently towards a shared goal. Delegate tasks based on a structured presentation that demonstrates information clearly and precisely. Improving my presentation and networking skills with other people.

Very good, had diversity talks and the entire people culture of Deloitte was well discussed and maintained

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

Lots of fun meeting new people, I enjoyed it and learnt a lot but also felt that the networking options were limited to your group as everything was done with them.
