Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight week contained sessions with members of the technology division, discussing what there roles entail and the various opportunities across the bank. Furthermore, the week included interactive programming and problem solving sessions as well as a group presentation on how to best deliver a revision of an internal system.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very insightful as it gave me an understanding of what different roles entail so I could make an informed decision of whether tech in finance was suited for me.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very value oriented which was shown by how nice people were around the office. Senior people like MDs and EDs were super down to earth and played a big park in making the spring insight enjoyable through their contributions and insights.
