Audit and Tax Review

Many panelist’s came and spoke to us about what their day to day consists of and how they got tot eh positions they are at now. We were given a group project where we presented what the potential risks were to a starting company’s situation. Analysing the meeting notes and their situation and any emails within us and them.

I found it very insightful and useful for me. Driving a career within any of these sectors has definitely become more prominent to me since after these multiple panels.

I feel much more confident when talking in front of a panel of people or many others. Everyone seemed so included. Many people from the different societies. The Deloitte Sikh Society particularly struck to me as a brown sikh girl within the finance sector. So I definitely felt included. The atmosphere felt so warm and comfortable. I think I would find myself definitely in Deloitte

I loved it. There have been so many. They have been so interesting. People coming from different background. Some from university, some from Deloittes internships or programmes, some from college and some at a later stage.
