Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Analysing case study: analysing notes and financial statements and preparing a report highlighting risks and solutions. Hearing from partners and senior leaders and graduates that joined Deloitte and also asking them questions. As well as quizzes and feedback on the presentation.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

Great insights, developed my commercial awareness and learned more about Deloitte’s values and how these align with my personal values. Additionally, learned about potential roles available in Tax and Audit as well as the whole company.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

10/10 insight. Learned about how their values actually come into practice and how to be an asset to the company. Learned key skills and great experience from all of the activities. Overall felt included and valued.
