Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We started off with introductions to the insight programme as well as to fellow students. We then were put into groups where we had a client and we had to identify issues while providing solutions. We presented these after completion. We also had a plethora of talks from current Deloitte employees regarding DEI, career progression and in-depth information into what the company does
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was insightful as we saw the different career progressions current employees experienced, which showed us the different opportunities which are available to us

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was a very nurturing atmosphere. It was clear that they cared about all of our learning from the structure of the insight week to the way they communicated with us on individual levels. There was also a clear emphasis on DEI
