What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very supportive and collegiate. Everyone is happy to go for chats about their work and answer any question I may have about the firm itself, or the work they do. The firm is respectful of work-life balance, and as vacation scheme participants, we haven't been overly burdened with too much work.
