Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Started with a week long induction and then a 3 week department placement.
During the placement I worked with a team - completing worksheets and tasks for them regarding the clients we were working with. Throughout the 4 week vacation scheme I also had to complete lots of training and mandatory learning sections.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very interesting, the scheme really helped you to understand the work ethos and environment at the firm. They made sure to ensure that all particpants were informed about the grad job process and the vacation scheme itself.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Given it was a completely virtual scheme it is slighlty harder to gage. However there were many opportunities made available to us so that we could get to know the company and co-workers, such as group projects, mindfulness sessions.
We were taught about the companys network opportunities, charity work and social events.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I am really enjoying the scheme so far, it is meeting all of my expectatoins and more. I have been given work straight away and am constantly busy. Would certainly consider a grad job.

Be yourself.
