SSS LTQSE - Project Assistant Review

Touch base with my manager and discuss workload and timelines
Get assigned new project from the LTQSE team aswell as self started projects
worth through such projects in the day
present my completed work to the team/department/school
run any student facing events such as meet and greets or focus groups

Once the team had been shown that I was responsible, accountable and produced high quality work (after about the first month) I was given a large degree of freedom and responsibility and encouraged to tackle projects and problems as I saw fit.

I have learned to use the software Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe photoshop, Adobe Procreate, and Power BI through self directed learning. I have also developed by Excel and Word literacy.
I have also improved my ability to think on my feet, present Infront of others and think critically.

The whole team was incredibly supportive regarding the Job and its responsibilities and also, living alone, working fulltime, and thinking about my future career.

Most People worked a Hyfelx work week with chosen hours and working locations. As a result their was less of a Buzz in the office unless meeting where taking place. This resulted in me not knowing individuals from my department as quickly, unless I was working with them on a project. Regardless, the culture felt very well knit, accepting, and at no point did I feel like a student: In meeting and conversations I always felt of equal value to the rest of the people present

The Placement exceeded all expectations I had when entering the Job and I wish I could continue to work with the team full time
