Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the virtual experience and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We had many different sessions from leading experts in the industry. Everything from audit training, personal brand, professionals qualifications and digital mindset. Also, we had a lot of opportunities to speak to people already working at the company on various levels. Not only that but we got the chance to network with other interns as well and we had a CSR group project at the end.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
At the end of the experience we had the opportunity to do an interview in the partnew and based on that and the feedback from the group exercise the company made offers for some of us to join their graduate scheme next year.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
I feel like the culture was great. Unlike other companies recent graduates weren't overwhelmed with the work and also they seemed to receive the necessary help from others.

To what extent did you enjoy the virtual experience?
I enjoyed the virtual experience very much because of all the facts that I have mentioned in the previous descriptions. I feel like this was a great way to learn more about the company, the industry, meet with likeminded people and connect with people already on the job.
