Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Running a range of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis. Liaising with stakeholders across divisions and locations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting as well as providing analysis. Involved in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Developed skills in communication, problem solving and organisation as well as improving Excel and utilising a range of different software. Learnt about the day to day operations of the firm and its interactions with the wider financial markets.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed it a lot as I was able to learn a lot on the job, developing personally and professionally. The people were very friendly and always open to answering any questions I had.
