Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Helping prepare presentations, attending and taking notes on client calls, attending strategy sessions to increase knowledge on the technical side of things, then using that knowledge to complete technical tasks. A lot of excel analysis as well. Had the chance to interact with many different members of the team ranging from Partner to Analyst.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very thorough business insight provided, by the end I knew about all the different roles available and what they entailed.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Significantly developed excel skills, as didn't have much experience using excel before. In addition to this, I found that my communication skills developed drastically, as well as my teamwork and soft skills and generally knowing how to conduct myself in a corporate environment.

Relaxed, but hard working culture. Everyone was very supportive as well any questions I had people would be happy to help out.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte
Prepare well for your final interview, as that's ultimately the most important stage. As for when you get into the office, try to speak to as many people as you possibly can and don't be afraid to ask questions. Everyone knows it's unfamiliar territory for you and are all very helpful and supportive.
