I am a pricing analyst. So my job consists of monitoring the market and ensuring that the prices for our flights are competitive and optimizing revenue.

Yes, following my training I was given ownership of my own markets to manage.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed my analytical skills by learning to work with large amounts of information and being able to understand and manipulate the data effectively. I have also improved my commercial awareness. I now have a strong understanding of exactly how we make money and how the company can achieve the best results possible.
