Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The scheme is extremely well organised, with teams sessions delivered by the early career team through the week it is easy to stay on track and know what's going on beyond your work. Networking is greatly encouraged and facilitated. We worked office hours with our allocated teams, completing different tasks needed for the audit process.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

There was a wealth of knowledge available from different resources and people. Networking really facilitated getting answers on our more specific questions.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Extremely hardworking yet no previous knowledge was expected of us and we were coached really well. Everyone was professional, approachable and helpful.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

It was very enjoyable. We formed a little group with all the interns and everyone on my team was lovely. With a big mix of backgrounds and ages, we had a lot to talk about and share in between working in our tasks.
