Every rotation is very different and so the day-to-day tasks vary depending on the desk, but you have projects to work on like trade ideas, morning call recap, clients meeting recap, market wrap.

In depends on the desk and what they are asking of you but generally yes.

Yes, I did. I learn a lot of technical skills like stock pitch, technical analysis but also soft skills when assisting to clients meeting, and having discussions with more seniors people.
