Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Helping analyse the key risks on the credit flow desk - looking at bonds, loans, CDS etc. Attend daily calls to boost understanding. Undertook a project - deep dive of EM countries.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given responsibility of some nominal day to day tasks such as the EoD report, and sending a group of traders a limit email daily.
